Initiate Your Request
Log into your Smartfox account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the items in their original product packaging and include all accessories, manuals, and a copy of your packing slip to ensure a valid return.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
